Monday Night at the Movies begins tonight with ‘Inside Out’


The Monday Night at the Movies series kicks off tonight at Midtown Crossing.

The free event is sponsored by the University of Nebraska Omaha and will run through July 25.

Spectators are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs or are welcomed to pick out a grassy patch to sit on at Turner Park, 3102 Dodge St. Set up can begin at 5 p.m.; all outdoor movies will start at sunset on the 26-foot outdoor inflatable screen.

June 13: Top Gun (PG)
June 20: Film Streams feature: Charlie Chaplin’s Modern Times (G)
July 11: Ferris Bueller’s Day Off (PG-13)
July 18: Guardians of the Galaxy (PG-13)
July 25: Pitch Perfect 2 (PG-13)
