Living legend Willie Nelson will be making a stop in Omaha for one night only on Monday, April 8 at the Holland Performing Arts Center.
I use the term "living legend" sparingly, but Nelson undoubtedly deserves the title. He has been continually and very successfully releasing music since 1960, before even some of our parents were born.

The Nebraska Wind Symphony (NWS) is teaming up with Omaha's middle school "All Stars" and the Omaha Percussion Ensemble for their formal winter concert, "With Bells On!" Sunday, Feb. 12, at UNO's Strauss Performing Arts Center. The concert begins at 3 p.m. and will last about an hour and a half.
It's hard for a band to draw a crowd on a Tuesday night in the metro area, especially one that's not well known here. However, the Growlers brought in a sizeable crowd to the Slowdown on Feb. 5 and provided everyone a rambunctious time.
