Omaha’s cycling community is growing and working to make cycling safer. UNO is working toward that same goal.
UNO Bikes is an on-campus group working to promote cycling and cycling infrastructure on campus.
Members of UNO Bikes have participated in various Omaha cycling events, including the Owl Ride, Get Up and Ride National Challenge and the upcoming Corporate Cup.
In March 2012, UNO received Honorable Mention for being a Bicycle Friendly University from the League of American Bicyclists.
If you’re interested in joining UNO Bikes and working to make UNO even more bicycle friendly, contact Michael Grube at email@example.com or visit www.unomaha.edu/bicycling.
